Our mission

Legal lots shouldn't sit empty for lack of know-how

Massachusetts changed its laws to help with a real housing shortage: an accessory dwelling unit is now allowed by right in single-family zones statewide, and many lots can be divided under long-standing rules. The opportunity is genuine.

But opportunity on paper isn't the same as a home in the ground. Between a landowner and a finished project sits a wall of specialized knowledge — zoning districts, frontage and setbacks, Title 5, ANR versus subdivision, deeds and title. Most people stall at the first daunting step and the lot stays empty.

Our mission is to close that expertise gap — to turn a confusing, expert-gated process into a clear path an ordinary landowner can actually walk.

We do it the honest way: sourced rules instead of guesses, plain language instead of jargon, and licensed professionals brought in exactly where the law requires them. When more legal lots get built, families gain options and communities gain homes. That's the point.
